Small semi ripened cheese with three milk
The old farmers' stables were once home to all the animals essential for sustaining the family, such as pigs, chickens, cows, sheep and goats. In fact it is from the last three of these animals that the farmer obtained the precious milk for making cheese. As milk was scarce the farmer would mix the three types to produce a substantial cheese that could feed his family.
From this concept of “rural frugality” we wanted to recreate a cheese made from three milk types and known as “Primitivo”, a fragrant cheese, fairly firm with a pleasing taste.
This line, produced so that we can offer our products also to those who cannot buy large quantities, comes in a specially designed gift pack.
