Small semi ripened sheep's milk cheese slightly smoked

An old technique for preserving foods that would otherwise deteriorate for a long time. Essences of scented spicy woods were used to flavour meat, fish and cheese which then assumed the classic flavour and fragrance of wood smoking.

We wanted to experiment with this old technique to produce a small cheese that is processed by natural methods.

The small size and the specially designed packaging make it an ideal gift for all occasions.
