Pecorino cheese has an intense flavour. Il Nerone was created for those who hanker for more delicate flavours without any sharpness.

Though it recalls infamous emperor Nero, Il Nerone refers to the dark rind which contains a delicate aromatic cheese.

It is a pecorino unlike others, the result of the curiosity and creativity of our master cheesemakers.
